My path to becoming a mental health provider was shaped by a deep curiosity about the human mind and a passion for helping others feel understood. Early on, I was drawn to working with neurodivergent individuals and those managing anxiety, depression, and trauma. I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, private practice, and telehealth, which has given me a broad perspective on client needs. These experiences reinforced my belief in a personalized, strengths-based approach. My practice is shaped by a commitment to meeting clients where they are, using evidence-based strategies to foster self-awareness, healing, and growth.
I originally started Western Reserve Counseling in my native state of Ohio. Since then, I moved to Titusville, Florida where I currently have an office for those who prefer in-person counseling.
If you’re wondering whether individual therapy is the right fit, I’d love to connect. I tailor my approach to each person, drawing from relational and and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help you explore the next step. For more details, call me or fill out the contact page.
